Abuse at the hands of British Telecom.

This is the number that has been calling me dozens of times a day, for the past month, and every single time I answer it cuts off and there is nothing there.

If you ring it back, it just rings and then rings off.

So I called BT to find out what I had to do to block this number and

THIS WAS WHEN THE REAL ABUSE STARTED.

UTTERLY INCOMPETENT STAFF

NOT A FUCKING CLUE.

TOLD ME MY PHONE NUMBER WAS DEAD AND THE ACCOUNT CLOSED - while I am still on it, being billed for it and have the recent bill in my hand which they dispute.

DEAR GOD GIVE ME FUCKING STRENGTH.

Then they send me a code though e mail - repeated back to them, but still cannot find my account or even my home address and while Hamilton Hall has been here for 130 years and I am sitting in it, according to BT, it doesn't exist.

WHILE CHARGING ME MONEY AT THIS ADDRESS and have done so - to me - for 24 years.

WHAT THE FUCK IS GOING ON.

After more than an hour being passed from department to department and where I am getting very fucking frustrated at BT, I am told that as I am a business and I am speaking to Residential and not business, there is nothing they can do to help, and THAT - AFTER A FUCKING HOUR - PISSED ME OFF BIG TIME

I GOT SICK AND TIRED AND SHOUTED AND HUNG UP AS THAT ABUSE, THROWN AT SOMEONE CALLING ABOUT ABUSE, IS - WELL - WORDS FAIL ME.

British Telecom offered worse abuse than the actual abuser did - and guess what - I PAY FOR IT.

Can anyone suggest an internet and phone provider that offers a good and decent service without the constant fuck ups from BT.

Now my blood sugar has crashed and all because of fucking British telecom. I never did get to complain about the abuser, just BT set it upon themselves to be FUCKING AWKWARD.

British Telecom is SHIT.
