disgusting service at talk talk

1) We get mail from Talk Talk for a Polish women addressed to Hamilton Hall in error.

2) I have repeatedly sent it back with UNKNOWN AT THIS ADDRESS

3) Mail keeps coming,

4) Today a parcel from Talk Talk arrives for her.

I phoned the company to get it stopped.

OVER ONE FULL HOUR - 6 DIFFERENT PEOPLE AND 6 DIFFERENT DEPARTMENTS LATER

the company is going to look into it and see if they can contact the customer ( at what address as all they have is mine ) and get things put right.

Alicia, one of their customer care staff members was about as much use as a used condom with a hole in it - ABSOLUTELY USELESS and kept asking the same WRONG question over and over and after the 4th time of putting her right I started complaining and asking for her supervisor as CLEARLY she hadn't a clue and was not too bright, and she hung up on me.

Furious, I had to start all over again.

This time I was only transferred 3 times and eventually after a further 45 minutes, got it sorted and I put in an OFFICIAL COMPLAINT ABOUT ALICIA as what is the use in having staff in place to help - who simply do not listen, do not pay attention and DO NOT HELP THE CUSTOMER AT ALL and then hangs up when we complain.

If this is the level of service offered by Talk Talk, if so, then it is an utter disgrace.
