FOR ANYONE WHO STRUGGLES TO GET A GOOD NIGHTS SLEEP...

Hi guys, I've found a brilliant hidden gem of a product that really works for me, I promise I'm not on commission, I just wished to share as it's really helped me, and the online reviews are mostly excellent also.

I struggle with my sleep at times, though when I take a couple of teaspoons of this with a cup of water (I like to add a bit of milk also), tastes pretty decent, like a reduced fat cocoa or hot chocolate drink, and within half an hour or so, my eyes keep closing and I'm starting to nod off, and a few minutes later I've found the land of nod!

And, the next morning, when my consciousness decides to return from the land of nod and back into this physical plain, guess what happens?... I wake up

Though I find I've slept really well and there's less of that groggy feeling I often get from sleeping pills.

Plenty of herbal, botanical and natural ingredients and contains Ashwagandha, a plant (shrub) that grows in India and parts of Africa, that is renowned for helping many with better quality sleep, relaxation, stress and anxiety reduction.

Isn't the cheapest of products at £18.99 though it's something I don't take every night, just when I feel I really wish to go to the land of nod, so lasts for ages as a product anyhow, and H&B often have 'buy 1 get 1 free' (see link below) and other offers. I got it a couple of months ago on the buy 1 get 1 free, so picked up a second tub for my mum, as a nice prezzie also.

Perhaps best to read the label, seek medical advice if needed, etc. Though maybe worth a shot for anyone who struggles with their sleep patterns, so I thought definitely worth a mention!
