lies and deception from big business.

When you do business with a global company for over 16 years.

And when you have never had cause for complaint.

Nor they to you.

And when after that 16 years you do have a minor complaint about the lack of service

and the very next day they discontinue your contract there and then - no notice, no 30 days to find another carrier, nothing, NOTHING but a rude asshole on the phone patronising and refusing to say why the contract has been terminated which for a busy venue, put us in shit street until I could find another credit card processor.

So I complained to the Ombudsman and after months was awarded £50 compensation.

But the company wasn't finished.

Then they claim I owe them £75 is 'Charge Backs -' one for £50 and another for £25 - which is absolute lies and just a way of not paying me the compensation.

The lies from big business and the manner in which they abuse their customers at the drop of a hat, is astounding.

Naturally, this global company is American and is ELAVON.
