RULES OF LIFE

Life is a wonderous and a beautiful gift from the God's, the Universe or whatever you may or may not believe in. Life is precious.

Life is short and life - this life - is the only one we can concentrate on and make it any way we wish it to be - Happy - Miserable - Joyous or filled with moaning all the time.

Life offers us whatever it is we wish to see - and if you wish to see doom and gloom, then life will reflect that into your vision - your days and nights and you will be filled with doom and gloom.

If however you wish to see the beauty and the light, then believe me, your days will be much easier on our psyche, your daily existence and the struggles will seem so much easier and a smile answers a lot.

How you choose to view life is up to you and while your life may be shit - it is shit because you have chosen to allow it to be shit. You have choices. Even if trapped in an unhappy place, the flowers still bloom - the sun still shines and there is beauty all around if you just choose to see it.

Of course this can be hard in stuck in an abusive relationship and you are walking of egg shell around this person all the time - but even that - is of your own making as - once again - you have choices.

The hardest this is REALIZING you have choices and you do not have to live an unhappy life if you do not want to, but making changes is often more frightening that staying out. ' Better the Devil you know.' - attitude.

Only you can make the world you want and the things you want and only you can make yourself be happy. Only you.
